VAUNZA RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At VAUNZA, your satisfaction is our top priority. We’re here to make your shopping experience as seamless and joyful as possible. While we take great pride in offering uniquely crafted, high-quality products, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. We’re here to help, and we’ve got your back!

Because our products are made-to-order, we cannot offer returns or exchanges if you order the wrong size, color, or simply change your mind. However, we stand by the quality of our items, and if there’s a problem with your order, we’ll work hard to make it right for you.

Please note: We do not accept returns of gift cards.

Damaged or Defective Items? We've Got You Covered!

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, don’t worry— we’re here to help! Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll be happy to arrange a free replacement or offer you a full refund. To get started, simply reach out to us at support@vaunza.com with a photo clearly showing the issue. We’ll handle the rest and get you a solution as quickly as possible!

Exchanges

We understand the importance of getting the perfect item. The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item that didn’t work for you (if eligible), and once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for your desired product.

Refunds

After we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at support@vaunza.com.
